The passing of Lorna Krugel (Kawartha Lakes, Ontario) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 31, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andy Krugel; her siblings, Jim (Betty), Carl (Helen), George Thompson, Velma Maunder (Cliff) and Pearl Hampton (Bob); and her parents, Lorne Thompson and Vera Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leisa and Karen Krugel (Kevin Prendergast); her grandchildren, Jaelyn and Jessica; her great grandchild Hazel; her brothers, Marion Thaxter (Dave), Lloyd Thompson (Carole) and Allen Thompson (Theresa); and her sister-in-law MaryLou Thompson (George). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mackey Funeral Home (33 Peel St, Lindsay, ON K9V3L9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
