She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Megan and Dan; her brother Reese of Lindsay, Ontario.; her grandparents, David, Joanne Burns of Lindsay and Garr Maywood (late Pauline); her aunts and uncles, Meredith Maywood, Jason Priddle, Jackie and Garth Banning; her cousins, Samantha and Mathew Banning; and her pet Auggie. She was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay, any memorial donations made in Mya's memory can be made by cheque through the funeral home.
