She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold "Arnie" Rea; her parents, Perley Miles and Violet Miles; her siblings, Buddy, Barry, Loraine (Robert) and Marsha (John); and her siblings-in-law, Jean (Bert) and Dorothy (Gord).
She is survived by: her children, Beverley Short and Bonnie Drake; her grandchildren, Jason Short (Tracey), Joleen Thomas (Stewart Humphries), Jeremy Thomas (Lana) and Ryan Short; and her great grandchildren, Cody, Jack, Adam Short, Olivia, Violet, Tristan Humphries, Ellie and Ben Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
