He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Amutha) and David (Corinne); his brothers, Dave, Donny and Ted; his grandchildren, Liam, Calum, Gavin, Jayden, Ben, Taylor, Lane and Penny; and his close friend Nancy Haslam.
