William Gill Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of William Gill (Kawartha Lakes, Ontario). William, born on August 29, 1937, passed away on October 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Gill and Marjorie Gill; and his former wife Rosalie Wotton. He is survived by: his wife Jane Gregory-Gill; his sons, Donald, Paul (Debbie) and David (Julie); his grandchildren, Matthew Gill (Lindsey), Cameron Gill, Ryan Skalko, Adam Skalko (Joanna), Cassandra Gill, Steven Gill (Christine), Jeffrey Gill (May), Kevin Gill (Maryah) and Patrick Gill (Breanna); his brother Barry (Debra); his in-laws, Barb Barta (Jack), Earl Wotton (Barb), Mary Keenan, Anne Austin (Richard), Laura Gregory and Michael Gregory (Kelly); his great grandchildren, Noah, Reese, Samantha, Arya, Charlie and Isabelle; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen, Ben, Edward, Greg, Julie, Amanda, Laura, Josee, Jane, Jeff, John, Stephanie and Mark. He is also survived by many friends, neighbours and co-workers.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Celebrations (35 Lindsay St N, Lindsay, ON K9V1T3).
