Jean Whalen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Whalen of Kemble, Ontario, who passed away on November 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Filsinger and Margaret Hermeston-McMillan; her brothers-in-law, Alvin McAfee and Doug Whalen; and her in-laws, Maurice Whalen and Jean Johnston (Jim).
She is survived by : her husband Paul Wilkinson Whalen; her sons, David Whalen (Natalie) of Owen Sound, Kevin Whalen (Tracey) of Kemble and Kenneth Whalen; her grandchildren, Garrett Whalen (Ashley) of Owen Sound, Nikki Wilson (Garrett) of Oro-Medonte, Kendra Whalen (Greg) and Cole Whalen of Kemble; her great grandchildren, Noah Whalen and Ty Wilson; her siblings, Dorothy Boyes (Mervin), Delores McAfee, Viola Scales (Ron), Velma Miller (Harland), Mark Filsinger (Theresa), Frieda Hillier (Al), Ken Filsinger, Marj Herman (Gerry) and Paul Filsinger (Sharon); and her pets, Tom and Gerry. She is also survived by nephews, friends.
