She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Knapp of Merrickville; John Snider. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Wiegand (Larry) and Sandy Kozak (Wayne); her granddaughter Nicole Henning (Rob); and her great grandchild Lauren.

“My sympathy to Heather, Sandra and family. Your mom was such a lovely person - so gentle and sweet, so beautiful and so stylish, always. I’m sorry I didn’t see the obituary in time to pass on my condolences in person. Your mother and Lois Forbes came to pay their respects when my mother (Lois Dool) passed in 2022. Your mother was over 100 then and not even using a walker. I’m sure your dear mother will be sorely missed. She was a wonderful example of how to grow old gracefully.”
