He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Helen; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany (Jason) and Phillip (Alanna); his grandchildren, Lettie and Nate; his girlfriend Evelyn; his pet Eden; his siblings, Jim (Deb), Catherine (Ron) and Darlene; his sister-in-law Sharon; and his children, Tracy Gustafson (Shaun), Lena Alexander (Rod), Rob Scribilo, David Hales (Lana), Andrea Laur (Inno) and James Scribilo. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to Kenora Kinsmen Club in Andy's memory.
