It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Ann Oneschuk (Kenora, Ontario), who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Helen Ann Oneschuk to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Mike Yakimovich and Eva Yakimovich; her husband Paul Kosakewich; her sister Rose Stemken; and her daughter Paulette.

She is survived by : her daughters, Dorothy (late Bob), June (Ken) and Carole; her stepdaughter Joanne (Ray); and her brother Larry (Ellen) of Arizona. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID restrictions a private family service was held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Flowers gratefully declined, donations would be appreciated for St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church or the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation.
