Mildred Coker Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Coker (Kenora, Ontario), who passed away on December 24, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mildred Coker to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Shields and Lorraine Shields; her stepmother Thelma Shields; and her in-laws, William and Marjory Coker.

She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Tammy Jakob (Brian), Don Coker (Jo-Lynn), Leanne Coker and Angie McCann (Dan); her grandchildren, Jamie-Lynn (Steven), Erich (Zoe), Kaitlyn, Addison and Elliott; her great grandchildren, Teigan and Michael; her siblings, Roy Shields (Colleen), Donna Harms (Ron) and Lyle Shields (Laura); and her sister-in-law Linda Houlden (Murray). She is also survived by several stepsiblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
