He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilcox and Ellen Wilcox; his siblings, Douglas Wilcox, James Wilcox and Margaret Stevenson; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Wilcox and Florence Wilcox.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Wilcox (Kantola); his son Barry Wilcox; his daughter-in-law Roberta Giesbrecht; his grandchildren, Dylan Wilcox and Melissa Wilcox; and his sister Pauline Switzer (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
