As we bid adieu to Shirley's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Shirley has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Reg Fadden; her husband Donald Carnegie; her siblings, Margaret Moody, Mary Ransom and Jerry Dobbs; and her parents, Ira Dobbs and Olive Dobbs.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Fadden (Cathy), Gordon Fadden (Kim), Gary Fadden (Mary-Ann) and Russell Carnegie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (429 2nd St S, Kenora, ON P9N 1G6).
