Stephen Powassin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Powassin (Kenora, Ontario), who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Lorraine Powassin; and his children, Alee Powassin and Kyle Meekis. He is survived by: his father Steve Skead; the mothers of children, Delaney Powassin and Datrene Paypompee; his grandchildren, Hayden, Jackson, Mika, Ivy, Zane and Michael; and his siblings, Stephanie Skead, Shiela Meekis, Warren Skead (Barbara), Vanessa Skead (Kamala), Phoebe Powassin, Ferguson Powassin, Jonathon Powassin and Wade Skead. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
