She was predeceased by : her parents, Jerry Uhlik and Jennie Uhlik; her husband Martin J. Gazarek; and her brother-in-law Anthony Gazarek (Blanche). She is survived by : her children, Jim Gazarek (Suzanne) of Chatham, Elaine Zoula (Peter) of Highgate and Jenny Cibulka (Larry) of Dresden; her grandchildren, Charles Gazarek (Anastasia), Daniel Gazarek, Rebecca Fraser (Mike), Stephen Zoula, Emily Hodge (Matthew), Marc Cibulka and Matthew Cibulka; her great grandchildren, Zoe, James, Connor, Mason, Morgan and Makayla; her sister Lillian Ball (Murray); and her sister-in-law Annie Kominek (late Joe). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
