He is survived by : his spouse Chris Filby; his sister Sheila Foster (Bob); his grandchildren, Devon Newfield (Cara) and Shayne Newfield (Sierra); his great grandchild Everleigh Newfield; his nieces and nephews, Elliot Foster (JoeAnne), Vonne Foster and Kelsey Whitney (Kyle); and his great-niece Autumn Whitney.

Donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association Lambton-Kent would be appreciated.
