She was predeceased by: her father Ludwig Obermeier. She is survived by: her child Ryan Glivar; her mother Ingeborg Obermeier; her siblings, Everlyn, Carl and Roy; her friend Ginette Veugelers; and also Ciril Glivar. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends.

In memory of Anita, donations made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada, Wheels of Hope c/o the Canadian Cancer Society, Margaret Bahen Hospice or to Hospice Georgina would be appreciated.
