With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Fred Thompson of Keswick, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Fred left this world on March 18, 2026 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Thompson and Alice Thompson; and his siblings, Ruth (Carl Melbourne), Shirley (Harold Coates) and Vern Thompson "Bud".

He is survived by: his significant other Evelyn; his children, Terry (Donna) of Fergus, Karen Marietta (Mark) of Wasaga Beach and Michael (Linda) of Sutton West; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Alison, Tyler, Joseph, Halie, Laura and Anna; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Blake, Bria, Halle, Ella, Bowen, William, Taya, Hayes, Summer and Evelyn.
