Kay Louise Belk Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 27, 2026, at the age of 80, Kay Louise Belk of Keswick, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Russell Belk; her daughter Amy (Robert Pepper) of Fairfax, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Zoe (Zach Tolbert) and Ethan Pepper (Grace); her great grandchild Ainsley; and her sister Judith Stoneman.
