We announce the death of Marie Spence (Keswick, Ontario), who passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of 88. Marie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Spence; her son Jim; and her siblings, Maurice (Barb), Doug (Marie), Norm (Ruth), Evelyn (Morris), Noreen (Gord), Bernice (Murray) and Hazel.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie (late Rick), Murray (late Kim), Ruth (Ron), Grant (Maribel) and Debbie; her grandchildren, Michael (Amanda), Donald (Megan), Dusten (Kelly), Cheyenne, Stacey (Michael), Amanda (Colin), Brian (Kristine), Grant Jr., Melissa, Stephanie (Adam), Tim Jr., Joven, Tony, Jason and Drew; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Eliza, Lucy, Savannah, Tessa, Peyton, Kaiden, Jacob, Olivia, Ryder and Keira-Lea. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and by our extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the M. W. Becker Funeral Home (490 The Queensway S, Keswick, ON L4P2E3). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Queensville Cemetery (20778 Leslie St, Queensville, ON L0G1R0).
Interment at Queensville Cemetery at 1:15 p.m. In memory of Marie, donations made to the Alzheimer's Society (https://alzheimercanada.donorsupport.co) would be appreciated.
