He is survived by : his wife Jacqueline; his sons, Tommy and Tod; his daughter-in-law Heather; his stepdaughter Natalie (Brad); his stepgranddaughters, Abigail and Isabel; his grandchildren, Heidi, Kendra, Reileah, Sierra and Tyler; his sister Judy; his mother-in-law Pat; his sisters-in-law, Maureen (John) and Carole; his caregivers, Teresa, Sandra, Heather, Charlotte, Thelma and Kathleen; and also, Luxembourg and Lucy.
