He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret (Kevin Dunn). He is survived by: his wife Shirley of Keswick; his children, Barbara Johnston (Bob Hall) of Keswick, Robie Johnston (Kim) of Mississauga, Kerry Cintula and Danny Whalen; his grandchildren, Jason, Amie, Adam, Brooklyn, Ashley, Daniel, Austin, Charlee and Jaxson; his great grandchildren, Sovanna, Sotalia, Leo and Wesley; his siblings, Harry (Vange), George (Rosie), Liz (Blair), Martha (Sandy), Bill (Linda), Andrew (late Gina), Dave (Ann), Aggie (Andrew), Steve (Barb) and Sue (Byron); and his nephew Bill Dwyer (Pat).
