It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Verch (Killaloe, Ontario), who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his former life partner Donna; his parents, Gordon and Francis; and his brothers, Donnie (late Susan) and Erwin (late Sharon).

He is survived by : his wife Karen; his children, Charlene (Mike), James, Jocelyn (Rocky) and Joel; his grandchildren, Michaela, Sydney, Morgan, Andrew, Lauren, Alexander, Kalista, Ashley and Kaitlynn (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Haylee and Firlotte; his siblings, Merrill (Bonnie), Linda (Peter) and Dianne; his sister-in-law Kim (Ken); and his father-in-law Doug Clark. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters or the Ottawa Heart Institute in his memory.
