She was predeceased by : her husband Desmond; her parents, Matthew Fitzpatrick and Julia Fitzpatrick; her grandson Matthew Peters; and her son-in-law Shubi Nandy.

She is survived by : her children, Jane Nandy, Pauline (Gordon Edmonds), Margaret (Alex Robinson), Bernadette (Mark Peters), Patricia and Harold; her grandchildren, Sheila Nandy, Stephanie Edmonds Muise, Laura Edmonds, Clare Robinson, Kathleen and Colin Peters; and her siblings, Mary Fitzpatrick, Monica Conway and John Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
