She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Boland; her parents, Herb Resmer and Helda Resmer; her grandchildren, Emily, Emma and Hunter; and her siblings, Gerald, Stanley, Orville and Joan.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Arnita), Tammy (Jim) and Laurie Rhode; and her siblings, Caroline, Judy, Lois, Karl and Wayne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
