He was predeceased by : his spouses, Rosemar and Rosemary Hartwig (Jessup); his parents, Henry Hartwig and Alice Hartwig; his daughter Donna; and his siblings, Harold, Gilbert (Gwen), Vera (Willy), Elmer, Allen (Marge), Hazel (Gilbert), Lawrence (Leona) and Gennie (Willard).

He is survived by : his children, Cheryl (Ed Glofcheskie), Kerry (Judy), Jamie, Tom, Willie, Maggie, Jake and Hannah; his brother Arthur (Vera); and his sister-in-law Dorothy. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
