He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia (Virgoe); his son Howard Jr.; and his grandchild Iver Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Faith Hansen (Iver) and Kelly (Laurie); his grandchildren, Kathleen (John), Daniel (Natasha), Michelle (Will), Christine (Joe), Trevor, Stephanie (Val), Jamie (Matt) and Shane; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Walker, Veronica, Dalton, Dannie, Sydney, Daya, Gracie, Xender, Miay, Shyanne, Colin, Savanah, Harper, Kaylee, Tristan and Brooklyn; and his pet Blue.
During COVID-19, visitations are conducted on a schedule and by appointment only.
