He was predeceased by: his children, John McKay and Joanie; and also, Mary Roppel (Wes), Christena Roppel (Art), Emmerton (Wib), Bernice Burt (Bill) and Cliff McKay (Marj).
He is survived by: his wife Audrey; his daughters, Sandra Smith and Lori Reid; his grandchildren, Josie Venn-Hershey (Tyler), Jeanna Crawford (Sean), Alexina Aikens (Brian), Chad Smith (Rayleen), William Hazen (Jacqui), Thomas Hazen and Michael Hazen; his sister Mildred Bonnett (late Les); and his mothers-in-law, Grace MacPherson (late Stuart), Bernice Zuber (late Jim), Elsie Jenkins (Earl), Sheila Rintoul (Paul) and Marlene White (late Gordon). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
