We bid farewell to Ann Ditchfield (Kincardine, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 10, 2025 at the age of 90. Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Ditchfield; her brother Phillip Hamilton; and her parents, George Hamilton and Nancy Hamilton. She is survived by: her siblings, Kay Lendon (Peter Brown) of Toronto, Michelle Cowan of London, John Hamilton of Point Clark, Jeannette Olson (Dan) of Brampton and Peter Hamilton (Lori) of Surrey, BC; and her sister-in-law Sherri Ayres of Georgetown. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and members of the Ditchfield Family.
