We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 80, Archie Lamont of Kincardine, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his spouses, Virginia and Lamont; his parents, Colin Lamont and Lillian Lamont; his siblings, Norman, Harold, Leonard, Colin, Doug, Kevin, Gordie Lamont, Evelyn Fox, Gladys Wylds, Jennie MacDonald and LilyMae Lamont; and his siblings-in-law, Helen, Gail, Marie, Marg Lamont, Elmer Wylds, Russell Fox and Ken MacDonald.

He is survived by : his granddaughters, Jessica Lamont and Mia McDonald; his great grandchild Isla Pearl; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Lamont and Darlene Lamont. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davey-Linklater Funeral Home (757 Princes St, Kincardine, ON N2Z1Z5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations to Huron Shores Hospice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
