He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Gibson and Dorothy Gibson; and his siblings, Nancy Fox (Doug) and Donald Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Anne Gibson; his daughters, Laura O'Hagan (Sean) and Valerie Gibson (Alex Best); his grandchildren, Kyra, Mave, Quinn O'Hagan, Charlotte and Lucas Best; and his sister-in-law Shirley Gibson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Huron Shores Hospice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
