He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Blanchard and Lorraine Blanchard. He is survived by : his wife Liz Blanchard; his children, Danielle Mullen (Brandon) and Courtney Dales (Isaac); his grandchildren, Harper, Ellie, Beau and Emmett; his siblings, Janice Banks (Grant) and Gerry Blanchard (Lori); and his children, Quincy, Lucy, Mischa and Angel. He is also survived by his in laws, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
If so desired, memorial donations to the Community Foundation Grey Bruce - Kincardine Community Fund would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy, by Cecil's family.
