He was predeceased by : his wife Donna Jean Thorn; his parents, Harry Thorn and Kay Thorn; and his son-in-law Bill Pedersson. He is survived by : his brothers, Jim (Sevina) of Toronto and Harry (Karen) of Tamassee; and his aunt Claire Roche.

Memorial donations to Fighting Blindness Canada would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
