He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Cowley and Colin Cowley; and his grandson Christopher Affeldt. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Susan Affeldt and Steven Cowley (Chris O'Driscoll); his grandson Michael Affeldt (Christine); his great grandchild Sawyer; his granddaughter-in-law Vanessa; and his stepgranddaughter Hailey O'Driscoll (Tyler).
