It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Heidi Painter (Kincardine, Ontario), who passed away on February 13, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Heidi had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Heidi may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry; her parents, Rosa Ebert and Hugo Ebert; her brother Helmut Ebert (Hal); and her cousin Manfred Furs.
She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Mallette; her son-in-law Mike; her sister-in-law Sandra Ebert; and her friend Florence Ritchie.
