He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Szabo and Olga Szabo. He is survived by : his children, Paula Jessop (Peter) of London, Joe Szabo (Amy) of Ilderton and Jeff Szabo (Beth) of Whitby; and his siblings, Richard Szabo (Alice Ann) of Waterford and Suzanne Jones (Wayne) of Formosa. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
