It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Avery (Kincardine, Ontario), who passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Owens and Ethel Marion Owens (Mudge); her husband Arthur Edward French (Jim); and her siblings, Donald Owens and Dorothy Brooks (Owens).
She is survived by: her sons, Andy French (Shirley Steele) of Kincardine and Rick French (Brenda) of Kincardine; her brother Edward Owens (Georgia-Lee) of British Columbia; her grandchildren, Warren and Rachel; Jason Dodds (Clare), Chad Dodds, Mayumi Yoshida and Tonya Dodds-Sinasac (Jeff Sinasac). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Knox Presbyterian Church-Kincardine or Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation would be appreciated the family.
