She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey Smith; and her parents, Ian McPherson and Eva McPherson. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Smith (Jennifer) of Teeswater and Michael Smith (Coleen) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Josh (Victoria), Nathen (Kara), Dylan (Jerica), Benjamin, Tyson, Peyton, Hayley, Emmett and Amanda; and her siblings, Judy Clark (Don) of Teeswater, Liz Dahms (Wayne) of Mildmay, Phyllis Clancy (Jack) of Waterloo, Trudy Cleland (Charles) of Ripley, Stuart McPherson (Kim) of Teeswater, Steven McPherson (Gail) of Ripley, Jacqueline Dennis (Mike) of Kincardine and Ronda McArthur (Rick) of Kinloss. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tiffin Funeral Home (4 & Clinton St S, Teeswater, ON N0G2S0). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
