With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sam MacGregor of Kincardine, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his significant other Joan; his siblings, Mort McGregor, Donna Howard (Jack) and Benny Murray (Ray); his siblings-in-law, Jim Holroyd, Donald MacLeod, Bob Colquhoun, Jack Rowland, Henry Nicholas (Barb) and Marjorie Plaskett (Russ); his great-niece Bobbie Jo Holroyd; and his parents, Norman McGregor and Annie McGregor.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Brindley (Gord), Heather Doyle (Mike) and Annie Small (Dale); his grandchildren, Nick (Claire), Hannah (Cole), Kasey (Larissa), Sami, Cari, Mikaila (Elyse), Joey, Olivia (Cody), Grace (Mike) and Seamus (Taylor); his sisters, Marion MacLeod and Shirley Colquhoun; and his sisters-in-law, June McGregor and Dorothy Rowland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
