We are sad to announce that, on July 29, 2025, at the age of 83, Thelma Beatrice Helm of Kincardine, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her parents, Robert Cowan and Hazel Cowan; her brother Joe Cowan; and her siblings-in-law, George Jackson and Barbara Cowan.
She is survived by: her children, Rob Helm (Amy), Paul Helm (Kelly) and Anne Lange (Larry); her grandchildren, Rebecca (Clark), John (Zoe), Matthew, Ashlynn (James), Katrina (Devon), Bradley, Ben, Jeremy (Eva), Jacob (Jacqueline) and Abigail; her great grandchildren, Vivian, Margot, Beau, Parker and Sullivan; her brother Dave Cowan; her sister-in-law Jeanne Cowan of Dunnville; Joyce Jackson of London, Bill, Marilyn Helm of Oakville and Tom Watson of Calgary.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
