He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea "Dee" Moorehouse; his son-in-law Bob Mitchell; his parents, Bill Moorehouse and Isabelle Moorehouse; and his brother Edward Moorehouse.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Marg), Debbie Mitchell, Karen Burrows (Derrick) and Scott (Katharine); and his grandchildren, Joel Mitchell (Donna), Kyle Mitchell (Karen), Deanna Wilsack (Matt), Tim Mitchell (Corrine), William Moorehouse, Courtney Moorehouse (Blake), Shawn Burrows, Amy Morlock (Tyler), Andrew Moorehouse (Michelle) and Sarah Paciuc (Steve). He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
