He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Hawley; and his siblings, Ken, Keith, Jeanne Stout and Edna Rosenplot.

He is survived by: his children, Craig (Sue) of New Zealand, Brad (Cindy) of Toronto and Kim Lawrence (Rick) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Will, Tim Jackson, Kyle, Brooke Anderson (Dylan Murphy), Richelle Lawrence (Nick Baker) and Ryan Lawrence; and his sisters, Shirley Jackson, Doris Lloyd and Bess Watt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the Children's Wish Foundation or to U.H.K.F. (cancer centre) would be appreciated by the family.
