He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Crouse and Ossie Crouse. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Carol LaVecque (Terry), Richard Crouse (Margaret), Michelle Austin (Dan) and Kim Marshall (Don); his grandchildren, Kyle McCrea, Kristal Woodall, Duncan Crouse, Adam Crouse, Megan Austin, Deanna Austin, Lesley Torbacioglu and Derrick Marshall; and his sister Rose Knapp (late Jerry).
