Anne Cecilia Peake Obituary
Peake, Anne Cecilia Jane (nee Bull) - Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa after a brief illness at the age of 91. Predeceased by her husband Harry Peake and daughter Penny Gordon. Anne will be missed by her son Randy (Bonnie), grandchildren Ian, Alexandra (Michael) and Jonathan and great-grandchildren Sophia and Koosje.
Anne was a truly faithful, Christian woman and dedicated her life to her church, St. Mark's Barriefield for over 30 years. She found comfort in being the pillar of her church community and regularly attended and participated in many activities over the years until her health prevented her from continuing to serve those around her. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
The family would like to express their sincerest gratitude for the care that was given to Anne while she lived at Kingsdale Chateau in Kingston, ON and at The Village of Taunton Mills in Whitby, ON.
There will be a visitation on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 1:00 - 1:50 pm at St. Mark's Church, Barriefield, 268 Main Street, Kingston followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm. Inurnment will take place at Stockdale Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations are welcomed by the family to St. Mark's Church, Barriefield in Anne's honoured.
