He was predeceased by: his siblings, Giuseppe (Maria), Pietro (Francesca), Francesco, Maria (Emilio) and Italino.
He is survived by: his daughters, Claudia (Angelo), Anna (Giovanni) and Joanne (Jason); his grandchildren, Angela, Elisa (Jordan), Lora (Scott), Anacleto (Rachel), Armando (Lisa) and Evan; his great grandchildren, Maxx and Olive; and his brothers, Angelo (Francesca) and Elio (Maria). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation in Mr. Evangelista's memory.
