Arnie Chestnut Obituary

The passing of Arnie Chestnut (Kingston, Ontario), born in Truro, Nova Scotia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on August 27, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Arnie Chestnut to show support.

As we bid adieu to Arnie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Arnie has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sally; and his children, Heidi (Murdo), Shannon (Jamie) and Matt. He was also cherished by his family and dear friends.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd, Kingston, ON K7M7H3).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ALS Society of Canada (donate here (https://donate.als.ca)).
