She was predeceased by: her mother Winnifred Forte. She is survived by: her father Charles Forte; her brother Chuck; her sister-in-law Judy; her cousin Wendy Smith; her nieces and nephews, Emily Chamberlain (Rory), Lauren Kirk (Matt), Ben Forte and Mallory Smith; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brynn, Deacon, Myla, Jax and Vivian. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario) or Limestone Learning Foundation in Jeannie's memory.
