He is survived by: his siblings, Adrian Switzer (Kirsten Robbins) and Bryan Switzer (Gert); his nieces and nephews, Julianne, Victoria, Richard (Danielle) and Andrew; his great-nephew Riley; and his friends, Jennifer Holden, Tony Louwman and Douglas Bethune.
