She was predeceased by: her husband John David Smith; and her brother Gary Provost (Linda). She is survived by: her sons, David (Amy Gaskin) of Toronto, Ian of Kingston and Evan (Elizabeth Smith) of St. Catharines; and her granddaughters, Sarah, Shannon, Charlotte, Caroline and Violet.
