We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 88, Betty Williams Haley (Kingston, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doris Gordon Smith and Orrin Grant Whitney; her husband Paul Douglas Haley; her daughters, Kim Schweyer (Brantford), Pamela Haley (Kingston) and Cindy Renaud; her grandson Joshua Renaud (Belleville); and her sister Wanda Jonah (Hillsborough). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
