She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Steers and Elsie Steers; her brother William H. Steers (Sally); her children, Andrea and Mark; and her grandson Zachary.

She is survived by: her sons, Christopher (Loralee Idler) and Stephen (Anne); her grandsons, Keith (Laurel Haslip), Eric, Geoffrey and Colin; and her nieces, Susan Baldwin (Philip) and Judy Steers.
